WHOLEGRAIN TAHINI COOKIES

Healthy, easy, and nutritious snack for all the hours!

Ingredients (about 15-18 bites):
– 1/3 cup tahini wholegrain (~60g)
– 1/3 cup carob or honey or maple syrup (~60g)
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 1/2φλ αλεύρι βρώμης (βρώμη αλεσμένη ~150γρ)
– 1/2 t baking soda
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 1 pinch of salt
– sesame seeds (for topping)

Instructions:

  • In a medium bowl, mix the tahini, carob and vanilla extract.
  • Then add the remaining ingredients (except the sesame seeds) and mix well until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
  • Bowl in the balls of the mixture and the passing of the sesame seeds to create the overlay and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 9 minutes.
