Delicious Beetroot salad with yogurt:
Υλικά (για 1 μερίδα)
• 2 beets, cooked
• 1/2 green apple
• 1 yogurt 2%
• 1 spoon of soup cannabis seeds
• 1 spoon of soup pine nuts
• 3 nuts
• 1 tsp. tablespoons olive oil
• Vinegar

Instructions:
• Boil the beets. When cool, cut into medium pieces.
• Add in the yogurt, olive oil, a little vinegar, salt and pepper.
• Add the beets and apple in a mixture of yogurt.
• Finely chop the nuts and add them to the mixture.
• Stir well and leave the salad in the refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving.
• Garnish with seeds of your choice.
